Rubbish! Having run various tyres from budget to high performance these come near the bottom of the list. I ran them in non-RFT form on a Golf R32 and they were mediocre at best but they came standard on the BMW so didn't have a choice. They are very hard and crash about quite lot, they tramline something terrible and traction control light comes on over speed bumps (<10 mph) and on hard cornering - all in the dry! Now, in the wet they are almost lethal. No grip in the corners, wheels spin when pulling off the lights even if you slip the clutch. You only have to visit a few BMW forums or other tyre review sites to read that these comments / concerns are common across the range of BMWs. Avoid these tyres.... I think BMW have switched to Conti's now as I didn't see any of them on the new BMWs at the dealer ship and that's a good thing!

Excellent wear - make sure you keep pressure up or edges will wear quickly (relative - you'll get 30k rather than 60k). Hopeless in snow but then that is as much down to an auto RWD. Ride quality is fine - RFT have a bad rep but only if you go for 18"+
